Every Classic plaque is handcrafted from solid aluminum using a traditional sand casting process.

The design is formed into a mold, molten aluminum is poured to create the plaque, and each casting is then carefully sanded, refined, and finished by hand.

The house numbers and lettering are cast as raised details within the plaque itself, giving them genuine depth and the substantial appearance of traditional architectural metalwork.

A high-quality outdoor enamel finish is then applied to provide lasting protection while preserving the handcrafted character of the surface.
